Role Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, creating the high-quality bulk products that serve as the foundation for the finished pharmaceutical products. Your hands-on work in dispensing, compounding, and filtration directly contributes to ensuring patients worldwide receive essential treatments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and start up equipment and processes according to cleanroom SOPs and cGMP standards.
- Dispense, compound, and filtrate sterile pharmaceutical products.
- Perform operational activities to maintain the highest product quality.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere strictly to cGMP standards.
- Report any non-conformances promptly to the management team.
- Complete batch records and all manufacturing documentation accurately and on time in compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
Requirements
- Prior experience in batch manufacturing (dispensing, compounding) within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food production, or medical devices.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills adaptable to pharmaceutical operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English (with willingness to improve Dutch if needed).
- Commitment to maintaining high performance standards for yourself and your team.
