Role Description
They are currently looking for a Control Room Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and monitoring all process-related activities from our centrally located Control Room at our aseptic manufacturing site. You will lead and guide a team of operators, specialists, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel and production planning in collaboration with Shift Managers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workflow.
• Monitor and adjust automated systems, workflows, and production processes to maintain optimal performance.
• Authorize production activities by analyzing results from systems such as PMS and free weigh measurements.
• Operate and manage freeze dryers from the Control Room while ensuring accurate data evaluation and documentation.
• Identify, report, and respond to deviations or malfunctions, stopping operations when necessary to maintain compliance.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to operators, specialists, industrial cleaners, and technicians, while promoting adherence to quality and safety standards.

• HBO level or equivalent education, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemical Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes (septic and aseptic)
• Familiarity with production control systems and planning techniques
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence
• Experience in a coordinating role within a production organization
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
