Role Overview
As a Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the innovation strategy and innovation platforms for our ice cream category. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring market-making, game-changer innovation capabilities to our business units and power brand teams. Your expertise in strategic thinking, consumer insights, and adjacent category analysis will help us identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement the ice cream innovation strategy and innovation platforms
-Lead prioritized innovation platforms and drive the development of repeatable models, scaling opportunities, open innovation, and new partnerships
-Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including white spaces and broader category opportunities globally
-Define and implement tools and processes to enable agile and effective innovation
-Develop and lead high-impact projects that drive business growth and impact
-Collaborate with external experts and agencies to drive marketing-making innovation capabilities
Requirements
-Experienced WL2C or ready to be promoted
-Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in change management
-Strong understanding of consumer and market insights, micro/macro trends, and adjacent categories landscape
-Strong experience in innovation projects and innovation project management
-Deep understanding of business innovation requirements, marketing, and category strategy experience ideal
-Compelling and engaging communicator who can inspire others to adopt and embed new behaviors
-Ability to build close working relationships internally/externally with key stakeholders
-Results-driven with high standards
-Self-motivated and creative with a judgment that can adapt to changing circumstances
