Role description
As a Production Operator for complex Compounding, your role is vital in making our bulk products for top-notch pharmaceutical batches. You'll handle tasks like dispensing, mixing, and filtering our sterile products in the Manufacturing Operations area. Your work directly helps patients get crucial medications, showing our dedication to improving health with passion.
Responsibilities
- Set up and start equipment/processes following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Carry out dispensing, compounding, and filtration for sterile products.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance as directed by the Engineering team.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Improve product quality by following cGMP standards, troubleshooting process issues, reporting non-conformance, and accurately documenting batches according to SOPs.
- Recent graduate in Engineering or Science with a passion for healthcare.
- Experience in batch manufacturing in regulated industries.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, high-performance standards, and good communication skills in Dutch or English, with a willingness to improve Dutch if needed.
