Role Description:
The Maintenance Team Leader oversees a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient technical work and smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, supporting production, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing equipment reliability. The role involves coaching employees, coordinating with production and logistics, and analyzing technical issues to improve performance. Additionally, the leader acts as a backup for the Maintenance Manager when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to production and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and planners.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between production and logistics.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability.
- Analyze process and technical failures to improve team and installation performance.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Fill in for the Maintenance Manager when needed.

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience in managerial or functional leadership roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Extensive relevant work experience.
- Open to long-term employment opportunities.
