Role Description
We are looking for a Product Developer to support innovation, product improvement, and technical development in plant-based alternatives. This role involves formulation development, process optimization, and product testing while working with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and quality.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and optimize plant-based meat formulations
-R&D projects in new technology and sustainability
-Conduct root-cause analysis & ingredient testing
-Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
-Collaborate with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams

Qualifications
-Education: HBO or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, -Process Engineering, or a related field.
-Preferred: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
-Knowledge of and experience with Texturized Vegetable Proteins and/or Meat Processing is an advantage.
-Technical mindset applied to solutions, eye for detail, and analytical thinking
