MSAT Manufacturing Engineer, Hoofddorp, Noord-Holland

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an MSAT Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s team. This role provides operational and compliance support within the Manufacturing Operations and Compliance Support (MOCS) team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in GMP manufacturing to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders, writing and/or revising SOPs, batch records, and other operations-related documents.
-Investigate and coordinate the resolution of deviations through comprehensive use of Root Cause Analysis tools.
-Devise and implement CAPAs to address root causes and ensure effectiveness.
-Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
-Prior work experience in cell culture, cell therapy, and/or aseptic processing.
-Proven technical knowledge & experience with cGMP compliance.
-Experience in leading investigations, writing deviation reports, change controls, and corrective
-BSc in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent (Engineering degree is a plus).
-2-3 years of relevant process engineering experience within a Pharmaceutical/GMP Manufacturing Site.
-Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes.
