Role Description
As Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will be part of project teams and collaborate to implement new products, system upgrades, and equipment installations across our advanced labelling and packaging lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects of varying complexity, ensuring high-quality deployment with focus on asset lifecycle.
- Act as the mechatronics expert for maintenance, engineering, and project teams.
- Provide second-line support for complex mechatronics issues on the shop floor.
- Analyze and resolve equipment and process-related problems.
- Plan and execute maintenance and engineering tasks within assigned projects.
- Prepare test protocols, technical evaluations, and assessment reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Operations / manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in mechatronics and troubleshooting.
- Experience in project management, preferably with CAPEX projects.
- Knowledge of regulated environments (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
