We are currently seeking a QA Operations Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team of our client, a leading company in the food industry, located in Borculo. This is a temporary role with the main focus on supporting the daily production process in the factory.
Role Overview:
As a QA Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with the production teams to ensure the smooth functioning of quality assurance processes. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in daily operational meetings, providing relevant quality data, and supporting the team with operational problem-solving. The role also involves contributing to customer audits, answering customer queries, and assisting with quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Participate in daily operational meetings, providing quality data to operational teams.
-Support the production teams with operational problem-solving from a quality perspective.
-Assist with customer audits, quality reporting, and answering customer queries.
-Collaborate effectively with various departments and hierarchical levels within the organization.
-Ensure consistent application of quality standards within the factory.
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food industry, preferably in infant formula or pharma.Ability to work in a dynamic factory environment.
-Pragmatic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
-Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across different disciplines.
-Fluent in Dutch, either native or professional level.
-Experience in a factory setting is highly desirable.
-Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
