Role Description
As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Ice Cream Innovation & Portfolio Transformation Lead and work closely with global teams across brands, markets, insights, R&D, and more. You’ll also collaborate with external experts and agencies to bring bold ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
This role is all about leading bold, market-making innovation for the Ice Cream category by:
- Lead development of disruptive innovation platforms aligned with their Ice Cream strategy
- Identify global white space opportunities and new business models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring consumer insights, trends, and adjacent category thinking into action
- Scale repeatable innovation models and build strategic external partnerships
- Drive adoption of agile tools (e.g., AI) to improve speed and impact
- Empower and upskill innovation leaders across the business
Requirements
- Proven innovation and project leadership experience (ideally in FMCG/Food)
- Strategic mindset and strong market/consumer insight skills
- Change management and entrepreneurial drive
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and self-motivated

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands
This role is for a maternity leave cover with a short term contract.
