Role Description
As a Senior Brand Manager , this role focuses on leading long-term, game-changing innovation for the Ice Cream category. You’ll work globally to identify new market opportunities, develop innovative platforms, and embed new ways of working into brand teams. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic innovation that makes a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovation processes across business units and brand teams.
• Drive Ice Cream Innovation Strategy with cross-functional collaboration.
• Explore global white space opportunities and new business models.
• Lead key innovation platforms based on consumer trends and insights.
• Scale repeatable innovation models and partnerships.
• Lead impactful, cross-functional innovation projects.
• Promote the use of tools like AI to accelerate innovation and impact.
• Identify and empower core innovation leaders with tools and skills.

• Experience at WL2C level or ready for promotion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and change management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation planning skills.
• Deep knowledge of consumer insights, trends, and adjacent categories.
• Solid background in Innovation Project Management.
• Marketing and category strategy understanding is a plus.
• Strong communicator who inspires and drives adoption of new practices.
• Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
