About the Position
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be a key member of the Supplier Quality team, ensuring that all aspects of supplier lifecycle management align with the company’s high standards and global regulations. You’ll drive initiatives that maintain and improve the quality performance of suppliers while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and industry standards.
Responsibilities
-Provide quality assurance leadership in supplier qualification and management
-Investigate and resolve supplier-related non-conformances and lead root cause analyses
-Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List and supplier quality records
-Support supplier change controls and manage quality agreements
-Compile and present supplier performance metrics to leadership
-Collaborate cross-functionally across global and local teams
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
-3–5 years of experience in a regulated industry (Medical Devices preferred)
-Strong understanding of Medical Device Quality Systems and regulations
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including data analysis and trending)
-Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
