Role description
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician (day shift) to join the technical team and help ensure the reliability of the production lines. You’ll work closely with other technicians to carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hands-on mentality and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- Support improvement and investment projects on site
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Participate in standby/on-call services when required
Requirements
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Able to stay calm under pressure and think analytically
- Willing to contribute to continuous improvement of the plant's technical performance
- Dutch proficiency is a must
