Role Description:
As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance and availability of high-tech production equipment used to manufacture premium shaving systems. You will work within a dynamic, day-shift environment to analyze asset performance, drive root cause investigations, and implement long-term improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help shape a more reliable, cost-efficient, and innovative manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze asset performance, identify risks and cost drivers
- Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA) on recurring failures and major disruptions
- Improve and optimize maintenance strategies for complex production lines
- Coordinate maintenance projects and long-term improvements
- Train and support maintenance technicians on processes and systems
- Act as a knowledge carrier for SAP and TPM practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean and TPM principles
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in technical field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering
- Proficiency in Dutch and good command of English
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
