About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage all 6Ps of a brand: Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotion, and Performance. You will support the delivery of the brand’s BIG BET innovations and play a critical role in end-to-end project management — from idea generation to market launch. You will also help shape the long-term brand strategy and drive profitable growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the 6Ps (Product, Pack, Price, Place, Promotion, Performance) for the brand.
- Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, including renovations and rollouts.
- Build and deploy brand toolkits: comms, packaging, POS, and activation assets.
- Ensure cost-efficient execution by working closely with supply chain and understanding factory operations.
- Drive social-first marketing through influencer partnerships and trend-led campaigns.
- Monitor and improve brand performance KPIs: market share, distribution, promo intensity, and API.
- Collaborate across functions (Heartbrand, SC, R&D, Finance) and support local market activations.
- Contribute to long-term brand strategy and fill portfolio gaps with the right products and pricing.
Requirements
- 0-5 years experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG innovation
- Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
- Digital-first, trend-savvy, and consumer-focused
