Role Description:
As Talent Partner, you will drive the talent agenda across various functions in the Netherlands. You'll own the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, and maintain a clear view of both internal and external talent pipelines. You’ll also innovate hiring practices and be a critical partner so our client is always future-fit with the right people.
Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles across levels (entry to executive)

Guide hiring managers through the “Route to Talent” process: from internal mobility to external hiring

Identify top talent across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and maintain engagement pipelines for current and future needs

Partner with HRBPs and Leadership Teams to build functional and skill-based Talent Strategies

Utilize market insights, talent trends, and data analytics to make informed hiring decisions

Drive proactive talent sourcing and alternate hiring channels
Track hiring metrics and use data for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in Talent Management or Recruitment in a global environment (FMCG preferred)
- Proven success in sourcing scarce profiles through social media and digital tools
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with international hiring processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
- Fluent in English (Dutch preferred)
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, HiredScore, and MS Office
