About the Role
As a Junior Brand Manager, you'll play a key supporting role in growing and managing some of the world’s coolest brands. You'll help drive product innovation, marketing campaigns, and brand strategy, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring exciting new products to life.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand and innovation strategies.
- Assist with launching new products and improving existing ones across different markets.
- Help create brand campaigns and marketing content across various channels (including digital and offline).
- Work with cross-functional teams to track project timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate internal approvals.
- Analyse market performance, brand health, and sales trends to guide brand decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (P&L understanding, market analysis).
- Previous experience with brand campaigns, digital marketing, or product development is a plus.
