Role Overview
As a Senior Manufacturing Investigator, you’ll be responsible for driving and supporting deviation investigations, conducting risk assessments, and managing documentation to uphold compliance. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support deviation investigations related to manufacturing processes
-Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective/preventive actions
-Maintain and manage documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
-Assist in resolving material-related manufacturing issues
-Support complaint investigations by assessing manufacturing process controls
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance
-Ensure the flawless execution of safety and quality standards
-Train and support manufacturing staff on procedures and compliance expectations
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in compliance or operational excellence roles
-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Experience with risk assessment and process monitoring tools
-Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher
-Prior experience in a compliance-focused role within manufacturing
