Role Description
As a Senior Associate you will join the Operational Excellence Team, where you will play a key role in driving manufacturing compliance and continuous improvement. In this position, you will lead deviation investigations, conduct risk assessments, and support complaint investigations, ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to the highest GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead deviation investigations
- Facilitate risk assessments and CAPA
- Maintain and improve compliance documentation
- Support material and process-related investigations
- Train and guide manufacturing staff on best practices
- Drive continuous improvement with safety and quality at the core
Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or compliance role
- Strong analytical skills & eye for detail
- Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
