The Role Description
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will contribute to brand growth through strategic portfolio management, innovation launches, and impactful marketing campaigns. You'll support product development, execute integrated communications, and track performance metrics to drive market share, profitability, and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Strategy & Innovation/Renovation Management

Support innovation and renovation projects that meet business objectives

Assist in developing product propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
2. Campaign & Communication Development
-
Deliver integrated brand campaigns and visibility assets
-
Ensure strong mental and physical availability for your brands across key channels
3. Performance & Profitability
-
Monitor brand performance metrics: volume growth, market share, profitability

Analyze market data, consumer insights, and campaign effectiveness

A completed university degree (BSc/MSc) by January 2025

Up to 2 years’ experience in Marketing preferred
-
Strong analytical and commercial acumen (P&L understanding, market share, etc.)

Experience in brand and innovation management is a plus

Familiarity with ATL, digital, and social media campaign development

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive team player ready to roll up your sleeves
