Role Description
A Medical Information Specialist delivers medical and technical information to healthcare professionals and caregivers with empathy and a strong focus on quality service. The role supports a consistent and seamless customer experience across countries by working closely with the IDM Customer Experience Lead and other Medical Information colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Medical Information IDM Customer Experience Country/Cluster Lead to ensure consistent, high-quality service for customers across all covered countries.
• Document interactions accurately in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Report adverse events and product complaints promptly.
• Support second-line activities, including escalations and content creation.
• Maintain service quality across markets and ensure up-to-date country-specific data

• Degree in a life science or healthcare-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical information or a similar field.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
