Role Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operator to run automated packaging lines for pharmaceutical products. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and high-quality standards, all while learning and growing within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities

Operate automated machinery for packaging of pharmaceutical products

Set up, adjust, and prepare equipment for new production batches

Perform first-line maintenance and resolve minor mechanical faults

Monitor quality standards and perform visual inspections during production

Complete accurate documentation using SAP and manual records

Support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools
Requirements
-
MBO-2 diploma or willingness to achieve this (assessment required if lacking formal diploma)

Previous experience with technical or production equipment; pharmaceutical experience preferred

Fluent in Dutch; basic English is a plus

Technically skilled with a willingness to learn and grow

Accurate, self-driven, and dependable

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP
