Role description
As an Operator within the production team, you will play a key role in packaging medicines using fully automated lines. From managing technical changeovers to resolving malfunctions and carrying out first-line maintenance, you’ll ensure that production runs efficiently and meets the highest quality standards. Working within a shift system, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your technical skills and make a direct impact on healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities
•    Operate packaging and labelling machinery and perform manual packaging tasks following standard procedures
•    Handle technical changeovers, start-ups, cleaning, and line clearances
•    Monitor product quality during the packaging process and ensure accurate documentation in SAP and paper forms
•    Detect and resolve (technical) malfunctions, performing first-line maintenance where needed
•    Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Six Sigma principles

Requirements
•    Preferably experience with technical processes, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment
•    Good command of Dutch, and preferably English, both spoken and written
•    Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
•    Accurate, independent, motivated, and reliable
•    Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems
