Responsibilities
-Preparing jobs into a readable and well-organized work package in preparation for the detailed work preparation by the contractors. Checking the work packages after preparation by the contractors. Adding a duration and guestimate to the work packages.
-Inspecting/assessing the work activities in the plant, recognizing faults/malfunctions.
-Assembling complete work packages.
-Creating work orders for contractors.
-Ordering necessary equipment/parts.
-Estimating lead times and costs.
-Checking the detailed work packages prepared by the contractors.
-Following up on the progress and execution of the activities.
-Developing work packages, estimating costs and lead times, evaluating the involvement of other disciplines and required safety measures, and overseeing the detailed preparation performed by contractors.
Requirements
-Completed technical education at MBO+ level (secondary vocational education, plus level).
-VCA Vol (Safety for Operational Supervisors) certification.
-Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
-Being a team player.
