About the Role:
As a Maintenance Planner (Werkvoorbereider), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning, preparation, and coordination of maintenance activities. You will be responsible for developing clear, complete, and detailed work packages, facilitating efficient maintenance execution, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare clear and well-organized work packages for contractors, ensuring all necessary information is included.

Check and finalize detailed work packages prepared by contractors.

Estimate the duration, lead time, and costs associated with maintenance activities.

Inspect and assess activities in the plant, identifying faults and malfunctions.

Assemble complete work packages, including work orders, required tools, materials, and safety measures.

Order necessary equipment and parts in advance to support seamless operations.

Coordinate and create work orders for external contractors.

Monitor the progress and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Collaborate closely with contractors and internal teams to evaluate involvement from other disciplines and required safety precautions.
Qualifications:

Completed technical education at MBO+ level (Secondary Vocational Education Plus).

VCA-VOL certification (Safety for Operational Supervisors).

Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.

Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
