Role descriptionA customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers, you are a member of a team of workers who collaborate to ensure that the patient's needs are being met. As an assistant you are also responsible to make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Responsibilities-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent product service.
-Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
- Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement, and indentify process improvments.
-Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met.
Requirements-B.S/A or M.S/A or degree in Supply chain, Economics, Business Administration.
-Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field in customer service , supply chain or import/export.
-Fluency in Englsih and excellent Communication Skills.
-Computer knowledge including excellent Excel skills.
-ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment.
-Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
