The company

Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Brussel Belgium. An innovative organisation.

Role description

You will contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide the customer with a level of service and trust developing the company's image. You will contribute to a profitable customer service, as well as the development of sales (equipment, reagents, services) in partnership with the sales and marketing teams and ensure the optimal organisation, efficiency and development of the Customer Service teams and activities to achieve Service objectives.

Responsibilities

- Define the vision and strategy of Benelux customer service
- Define and evolve Customer Service rules and processes

Requirements

- Master degree;
- Experience in a similar role 5-10 year
- People management experience;
- Helicopter view;
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Skills needed:
- Analytical skills
- Social and behavioural skills
- Team spirit, ability to communicate, flexibility
- Excel advanced (formula, pivot tables…)
- Visionary
