The Manager Labeling Operations

Role description

The Manager Labeling Operations - Artwork Manager EU/TMEA is leading the artwork designer and technical reviewer team that manages artwork deliverables for all brands and mainly the EU and TMEA markets. You are responsible for the delivery of high quality artworks per agreed timelines and by following procedures. Meeting right first time and lead time metric targets is key. This job function will provide oversight, control and priority management for all activities concerned with the delivery of all printed components used commercially and/or for regulatory submissions. The manager represents the artwork team in multiple global, cross-functional projects and will report into the global artwork planning and deliver lead located at Breda.


Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:

- Leading the artwork designer and technical reviewer team;
- Manage performance to improve right first time and lead time metrics;
- Reporting to the global artwork deliver lead;
- Representing the artwork team for (global) new product introductions and driving global alignment of artwork designs;
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders as external suppliers / partners.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent;
- Typically, 3-5 years of related professional experience;
- Experience with Adobe software (Illustrator / InDesign);
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication;
- People Management Experience in an international environment;
- Preferably experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment;
- Ability to meet strict timelines;
- Ability to work in an intense and changing environment;
- Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines.
