As a department head, you are responsible to execute the department plans and goals into operational plans, policy proposals and innovative procedures and to monitor the operational process to the optimised level.
ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Department you are responsible to ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan, also you should assess if financial recourses and HR instruments have been properly applied, the performance development planning and process have been conducted and manage with interviews and selections new employees.
Requirements-Minimum HBO, preferably in the direction of chemistry.
-At least 4 years experience in a similar job.
Experience with instrumental analysis techniques is an advantage.
-Be able to set priorities and firm goals and constantly focused on improving and optimising the technology and the work process.
-Have leadership skills, experienced in managing team, supervisering and motivating people.
-Evaluate and make decisions under pressure.
-Training employees and set standards.
-Have a general knowledge of financial analysis, human resource and R&D.
Other information-You have to be able to work during the evening from 17:45 to 02:00.
