As a Distributor Manager at Eastman Chemical you are responsible for the development, further growth and implementation of our distributor strategy. Where specifically is your distributor network adding value? Are we working with the right partners? How can we deal with our distributor process more efficiently and what does that mean for our internal organization? All topics you will be dealing with.
As the connection between the market needs and the Eastman possibilities you will be advising, training and facilitating agents and distributors in making sure the end consumer receives what was delivered. You will be responsible for the total process; from negotiation and forecasting to handling complaints and partnering on new business. You are aligned to what’s happening at our end customers and you are always making sure resources are secured. Your focus will be the Specialty Plastics market in Europe. With all its challenges related to different countries, geographical distances and specialist customer expectations. A very challenging role in a dynamic international environment!
You will be part of the EMEA sales team which is spread all over the area. Please note that extensive travelling (60-80%) mainly within Europe will be necessary.
